Based out of Antwerp, Belgium it focuses mainly on Belgium, The Netherlands and
Luxemburg, even though it has completed assignements in Italy, Germany, France
and the Middle East.
Thierry De Meulder, President
Thierry De Meulder started his career at Gulf Oil. He later joined Distrigas in 1980
where he was in charge of the creation of the Marketing Department. After a few years,
he entered at Q8 to conduct the reorganization of the company. Thierry De Meulder
has thus a practical experience of management within great multinational companies.
In 1999, Thierry De Meulder founded Act Management and completed several successfull
assignments with several world class multinational companies. He was entrusted with
several missions at companies such as Carrefour, Tractebel, Pentair or TNT Logistics
as Strategic Management, "Change Management" and Reorganization specialist. Mr. Th.
De Meulder is also the director for the Antwerp's office of A+ Group.
Mr. Th. De Meulder has a Bachelor in Applied Economic Sciences at the University of
Louvain in 1971. He is trilingual, speaking Dutch, French and English.
